We use new linens, pillows, comforters, duvet covers as often as needed to keep everything clean and fresh. We clean the upholstery monthly to keep our property in tip top shape. We have no carpet at the home besides area rugs so the home stays sparkling clean. - BY BOOKING GUESTS AGREE TO THE POOL/HOT TUB WAIVER & RULES. - NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. SUPERVISE CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES. -Baja Shelf: great place to play and lounge but can be dangerous. Please no rough play near the baja shelves, the water is very shallow there. *Pool heater is set comfortably at 84-88 degrees (depending on the month). *Pool does not need to be heated mid to late May through mid September. *Pool & hot tub are serviced twice weekly. Usually Mondays & Thursdays. (Times subject to change) Early check ins & late checkouts are usually not possible, but it never hurts to ask! Early check ins & late checkouts (if they can be arranged) are $100. This helps pay for an extra cleaning member to have the home ready sooner. Have fun traveling to Sunny Scottsdale! Scottsdale has adopted a new noise ordinance to help protect the neighbors and neighborhood from unruly/loud vacation rental properties. This ordinance shall pertain to any and all properties located in Scottsdale, AZ. In effect if the police are called for nuisance party or noise disturbance up to a $2,500 fine could be assessed to the guests. If this happens you will be charged for the fine. Please keep the noise levels down and respect the neighbors. Thank you for your understanding. SWIMMING POOL AND SPA SAFETY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND RELEASE (by booking the home you agree to the acknowledgement and release, if you do not please immediately cancel the reservation or tell us that you do not agree). Parents so supervise all children at all times in the pool and backyard. No lifeguards on duty or pool fence. The fridge does not make ice. We provide ice trays to make filtered ice from the water station.
