This listing combines them all for larger events like reunions, large family vacations, corporate travels, school teams, or any kind of event which needs to house a large group. There are two 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom units on the main floor and second floor with separate entrances to each. They contain their own full kitchens with stainless steel appliances, dining area, living rooms, washers and dryers, and air conditioning. The other two units are 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom basement units. They have their own 'heat and eat' stations with a microwave and mini fridge, and in addition to their own entrances, also each have a door that can open up into the main unit above them. With 10 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, this property can sleep up to 24 guests (20 guests on beds, 4 on couches). This is a beautiful historic property. With each unit being newly renovated, and attention to detail in all the décor and furnishing, this is the perfect spot for a grand adventure. Pet Policy: *NO PETS OR ANIMALS (INCLUDING SERVICE ANIMALS) IN THE 120 BASEMENT UNIT We are glad to host your pets too (as in dogs 🐶). Anything beyond that — lizards, ferrets, emotional support peacocks — needs a little pre-approval, just so we’re all on the same page. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. I really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you! We ask for compliance in a few house rules: 🛋️ No pets on the furniture — no matter how much they side-eye ya. 🚪 No pets in the bedrooms. We just replaced carpets and are trying to keep things fresh and fur-free. 🛏️ Bring their own bedding if possible to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen! If you don’t have any, let me know — I’ve got extra pet blankets you can use. 🚿 No pet baths in the tub. That spa day is for humans only. 🚧 Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance. 🚫 No unkenneled solo pet parties — please don’t leave your pet unattended unless properly crated. 🐶 Need pet care while you're out? We’ve got a Rover sitter on standby — just say the word. 💩 Please scoop the poop. It’s basic trail etiquette and good humaning. There is a $75 per week per pet fee for dogs (capped at $225 per month), Any other pets will be considered on a case by case basis- please inquire. If you already paid it through your reservation, great! If not, please reach out and we can discuss the various channels depending on how you booked that we can use.
