Our keypad codes are changed between each guest and our co-hosts live next door should any problems arise. You have 2 dedicated parking spots next to the entrance. There is plenty of overflow parking next door. We can always find you a place to park. This unit is part of a duplex and there is another unit above separated by a locked door in a stairway. Considerate noise levels are required. You will hear other guests moving around above you. Both units can be rented together for large family gatherings. Central heating is set at 70-72F and we have space heaters if you need extra heat. Please let us know if you are uncomfortable. Sleeps 2-6 Bedroom 3 is a bunk room with 4 twin beds and 2 full size double bottom bunks. (Sleeps 2-6) There is a sink and mirror in this bedroom. 1 full (residential style) bathroom off the main hallway. Bathroom has, shower, toilet, sink, with locking door. Bedrooms 2, 3 and the bathroom require 1 step up at the doorway. The living area and 1 bedroom are level with the parking spaces right outside. If you don't rent all bedrooms, the other bedroom(s) are just locked during your stay so we don't have to clean them. In any case, the unit is 100% for you and your guests only. You never share indoor spaces with other guests. The living room has a large Roku TV, sofa, kitchenette, dining table. Extra folding chairs available in unit. Bedrooms have their own locking doors off the living area. The bathroom is accessed from the central living room area. Towels, and soap are provided. There is no cleaning service available during your stay. No laundry in unit. Laundromat available right around the corner. Kitchenette: Sink, microwave, mini oven, mini refrigerator, k-cups and coffee grounds and filters for coffee makers are provided. 5 each of: bowls, plates, mugs, and place settings are provided. We wash all of these between guests and leave them in the cupboard clean for you at arrival. Please scrape food scraps into trash and leave everything in the sink for us to wash. This way we ensure everything is clean for the next guests. Let us know if you want to BBQ. We will make sure it is ready for you. Crib: pack and play available if you request it during booking process. There are also 20+ wonderful restaurants within a 5 minute walk in the village, just a block away. Pricing changes with number of guests. Extra guests are not free. Please make sure you are searching with the correct number of guests to see correct pricing. Cancellations: Understand this is a small family business and we can't afford to lose money if you cancel and we aren't able to re-book those dates. Postponing a trip to a later date is considered a cancellation. We recommend you purchase your own travel insurance that meets your needs. Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation for 48 hours, if at least 14 days before check-in. After that, guests can cancel up to 7 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate, and the cleaning fee, but not the service fee. If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded. (We try to go beyond this Airbnb policy and will try to re-rent and refund you as much as possible if you need to cancel last minute. A $30 minimum cancel fee applies in this case.) Weather and Road Conditions are not eligible for cancelations w/refunds. If you decline to buy the Travel Insurance airbnb recommends, you are self insuring your trip. Ski Resort: We are 1 mile from Snow Summit. 2 miles to Bear Mountain. There is a free city shuttle just around the corner every 30 minutes. Midweek non holiday there is free parking at the base area. On weekends we suggest driving to the free resort parking and taking the shuttle bus. *subject to change: check the resort website for up to date information. Parking: We have 9 parking spots in our parking lot. (First come first served) But also space for plenty more next door in our overflow lots. We can direct you at arrival. If you have any issues on concerns during your stay, please let us know right away in the airbnb chat, my co-host lives right next door and we want to make sure you are comfortable during your stay.
