Cute, Cozy, Lakefront cottage

Cute, cozy lakefront cottage on private lake. Deck with an unobstructed view of the lake. Stunning sunrises, pinewood floors in bedroom/living room/kitchen. Queen size bed in bedroom. Situated on the same lot as owner occupied main house. Quiet, residential area. Near wineries, breweries, hiking. WIFI. No TV. Unfortunately, due to severe pet allergies I am unable to host any kind of animals including emotional support and service dogs and cats of any kind. The space The cottage is not wheelchair accessible as there are steps leading into the property. Also, there is no grab bar in the bathtub. Other things to note The cottage is not in a secluded area, there are other houses nearby. The owner lives in the house next door so there is a chance you will probably bump into each other at some stage. :) Use of barbecue grill, Spring, Summer and Fall, electric fire in winter months. This is a shared driveway so only one parking spot for the cottage.
