House of MacDonald Oceanside Oregon Suite

This suite is located in a home in a quiet neighborhood high off the beach which is a short drive away. The location is right between the two coastal villages of NETARTS and OCEANSIDE WHICH ARE HIDDEN TREASURES, WE ARE NOT IN TILLAMOOK. Dining, Hiking, Crabbing, Clamming, Boating, Beach combing, Kayaking, and Biking and the Cape Meares Lighthouse and State Parks are close by. You will love it! ALL GUEST MUST READ THE ENTIRE LISTING DESCRIPTION BEFORE MAKING A RESERVATION The space Welcome to the second level of our home where we have a guest suite. You will have access to the entire suite which boasts two bedrooms with bathroom each, Kitchenette, living area ( no bed in living area) and sunroom dining area and a huge deck to enjoy the late summer evenings.The kitchenette is used to serve your morning coffee your choice of course. (Tea or Coffee or Hot Chocolate) The kitchenette has no oven, but is adequate to cook small meals on a two burner stove and a microwave, rice cooker , toaster and waffle iron are provided its very doable. This space is more suitable for adults. PARKING IS IN THE BACK OF THE HOME OFF REEDER STREET, parking for two vehicles only. This is a completely private suite with your own entrance. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU WILL BE USING THE EXTRA ROOM, whether you are a couple or two single people you will have access to both bedrooms. The space is very private. We do not accept pets. This is listed as a private guest suite. This is a COMPLETELY PRIVATE area that YOUR party will only use. Guest access After your stay is confirmed you will receive a 3 OR 4 digit code to access the lockbox located by the blue door entrance. Parking is off Reeder Street which is located at the top of the hill off REEDER STREET to your immediate left. Parking for two vehicles only. AS YOU DRIVE UP SOUTH AVENUE GO TO THE TOP OF THE HILL MAKE AN IMMEDIATE LEFT AND PARKING FOR GUESTS IS THERE. PLEASE DO NOT PARK BY GARAGE, THANK YOU. Other things to note This is a private guest suite. We have no oven for baking. Sorry we do not accept pets. No smoking in or on property, thank you! Owners do live on site full time. Beach access is best to drive the short distance as we are located 250 feet above sea level, it's hard to come back up. Less than a 2 minute drive to beach access.
