Each unit is equipped with a desk and chair and fast internet speed. Prices for stays greater than 1 month reflect a discount of 15% to the daily rates. Stays greater than 90 days do not pay required City Occupancy Taxes. This is a 4 unit property consisting of 2 duplexes. The front duplex has two ground floor 2 Bedrooms / 1 Bath units. The rear duplex has one 2 Bedroom / 1 Bath unit on the ground floor and one 2 Bedroom / 2 Baths unit on the 2nd floor. This Unit is in the Rear Building on the Ground Floor. Each unit is similarly furnished and cared for. All are available for rent and can be found under a separate listing on Airbnb. All units have been recently renovated with double paned windows, wide plank Scandinavian floors, air conditioning and heating, new kitchen appliances, including washer/dryer, microwave, and dishwasher. Bedrooms are well appointed, each with a queen sized bed and plenty of closet space and includes all linens. One full bathroom is easily shared or reserve the larger unit to have an additional bathroom. Bath towels are included. Comfortable living room has a TV and High Speed internet (1000 Mbps download speed) and ROKU for your surfing needs. A door from each of the kitchens leads you to the shared patio with outdoor patio seating. In the front is a quaint covered porch overlooking a green lawn and well manicured shrubs. Plenty of private off-street parking at the rear of the property. Guest access Guest has private access to their apartment, plus a shared parking area and a shared patio with seating area and gas BBQ. The front duplex has a shared porch and the front yard is for everyone's use. Other things to note I do NOT charge cleaning fees when booking my property for 2 weeks or more. My rate is my rate. However, I expect that everyone treats my property with respect and leaves the property appropriately tidy upon departure. Excessive charges from my cleaning crew will be charged back. A cleaning fee will need to be added for stays shorter than 2 weeks. There is a one-time pet fee of $300. Currently the Airbnb algorithm does not allow proper setting of the fee. I will adjust the total price to be a flat $300. Note that Charlotte law requires occupancy taxes for stays under 90 days. Airbnb automatically deducts these fees and remits them directly to the governmental authority. Airbnb also charges a service fee with any reservation made on the Airbnb site. This is not my fee.
