Description
Every traveler arrives in NYC with a list. Ours is simple: put you right in the middle of it. Our cast-iron landmark sits at Broadway & Canal — step outside and the whole city opens up to you. SoHo, Chinatown, TriBeCa, Little Italy, and NYU all on your doorstep. The N, Q, R, J, and 6 trains right at our door. We built a base camp — exactly what you need, nothing you don't. Rest well, move freely, and arrive ready. And everything else? That's New York. The corner of everything. The space The Problem We Solve Travelers coming to New York City face the same tension every time: they want to be in the city — not watching it from a lobby, not paying for amenities they'll never use, not stuck in a neighborhood that requires a cab just to get started. They want to land, drop their bag, and go. Most hotels make that harder than it needs to be. They're either overpriced for what they offer, or located just far enough away that every adventure costs extra time and money. Our Answer We give you the corner of Broadway and Canal. That means SoHo is a few blocks north. Chinatown is steps east. TriBeCa is around the corner. Little Italy is walking distance. The N, Q, R, J, and 6 trains leave from right in front of our building. You're not near New York City — you are in New York City. Inside, we keep it intentional. Large windows with tall ceilings because light matters. A work desk because your time matters. A 32" Smart TV and tea kettle because comfort matters. A private room with your own bathroom because privacy always matters. We don't have a restaurant you'll never visit or a gym you'll never use. We have a clean, thoughtfully designed space in one of the most connected addresses in Manhattan — and we trust you to take it from there. Who This Is For This is for the traveler who knows what they need — and knows that what they need is New York itself. The professional here for a week of meetings. The explorer who wants to eat in four neighborhoods in one day. The student visiting campus. The couple who'd rather spend on experiences than on a hotel bar. If you're looking for a grand lobby and a spa, we're probably not your place. If you're looking for a remarkable location, a room that delivers, and a city that never will — welcome. Other things to note 🚪Room Variations We have multiple units in the building. While quality and amenities are consistent, the view, layout, and small details like wall color or art may vary slightly from room to room.
