The is a private, clean and cozy unit with its own kitchen, bathroom and living room area. The unit is in a beautiful garden of a quiet beautiful Victorian home in Noe Valley, which is one of the best neighborhoods in San Francisco. It's close to restaurants, shops and public transit. About public transit We are walking distance to two muni (a light rail/streetcar) stations: * Castro Muni station (10-15 min walk) * Church and 24th Muni (15-20 min walk) * 48 Bus at the corer of Alvarado and Grandview (right by our home) * Mission Bart (25-30 min walk). You can also take 48 bus to this station instead of walking About parking There are plenty of free street parkings around us. Please make sure that you don't block neighbors' driveways as you can get a ticket for that. Also check the street cleaning sign to make sure you respect those hours. About the kitchen The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, plates, cups, utensils and other necessities for cooking. If there is anything missing, please let us know and we will provide that to you. About garbage We provide two cans in the unit, one for recycle and one for garbage. There are garbage bags available in the cabinet under the sink. Right outside of our home, under the stairs, we have a place to dispose your garbage when needed. Our garbage is picked up every Tuesday early in the morning. Guest access You will have your own separate unit which can be accessed through the garden door. We will provide you access to your unit through a smart lock and physical key once your booking is confirmed. Other things to note Check-in and check-out: We are pretty flexible about check-in and check-out times unless we have other guests arriving or leaving on the same days you have booked your trip. If you need more flexible time, please check with us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
