Upper deck for views and grilling, lower walk-out patio for dock and fire-pit. Swimming from dock is best at end of dock, and in deep water. Some places are more shallow and weedy. Swimming is WONDERFUL at nearby public, sandy beaches (Pentwater State Park) - only about one mile from home. Guest access Guests have full access to the private three bedroom unit, patio, parking for two cars on Right side of house, and shared use of dock with other duplex unit. Other things to note SWIIMMING IS BEST at Charles Mears State Park in Pentwater (about one mile from home). Water at the seawall edge is approximately 3-5 feet depending on water's level. Swimming may occur at the end of the dock where water is deeper. Flotation devices have been a popular method of enjoying the water and sun right in front of the home. Nearby adventures include downtown Pentwater, Lake Michigan, Ludington, Silver Lake Sand Dunes, golf courses galore. It's always a great time to visit the lake port village of Pentwater and experience the many shops and restaurants.
