Car is the quickest, but walking, biking, and boating to town work great as well. SWIIMMING IS BEST at Charles Mears State Park in Pentwater (about one mile from home). Water at the seawall edge is approximately 3-5 feet depending on water's level. Swimming may occur at the end of the dock where water is deeper. Flotation devices have been a popular method of enjoying the water and sun right in front of the home. Nearby adventures include downtown Pentwater, Lake Michigan, Ludington, Silver Lake Sand Dunes, golf courses galore. It's always a great time to visit the lake port village of Pentwater and experience the many shops and restaurants.
