Bright and quiet bedroom shorter stays welcome

Can accommodate shorter stays The room contains a comfy double bed, desk, south facing tranquil room. Bathroom right across from bedroom shared shower, but we have our own 2 piece ensuite. WiFi high-speed internet free for guests. Please note 3 friendly cats live with us. We are a quiet, peaceful, artsy home. Our location is a bit car dependant. But is definitely doable by transit. Mt.Doug park is steps away. The space The bedroom is south facing. Black out curtain for a restful sleep. Super comfy double bed. Shared bathroom right across the hall. No third-party bookings. We are a bit car dependant. But still doable by transit Amazing trails to hike through and only short walk to ocean beaches. The Juan De Fuca bike trail passes by the front door and connects to the Lochside Trail heading north and the Galloping Goose Trail going west. Four minute drive to shopping, seven minutes to UVIC, 15 minutes to downtown or 35 minutes to Downtown by bike where you can enjoy the incredible sights of the city with great shopping, brewpubs and famous restaurants. Guest access You'll have a private bedroom with access to a shared bathroom containing laundry. You'll also have access to a full kitchen. You are welcome to enjoy your meal in the dining room or patio (weather permitting) Enjoy your morning coffee on our patios with a view of Mt. Doug. During your stay We are always available to answer any questions and have. And we mave many good recommendations for local cuisine. We have a full guest book with tones of information on what all Victoria has to offer. Other things to note We are a smoke-free home. We try and be echo friendly where we can. We have 3 friendly cats. We keep them out of the bedroom, but they are always up for some pats. Our place is on a bus route and bike routes. We do find it best to have a car to experience all Victoria has to offer
