Please if you feel you need to go outside on porch or backyard to smoke book a place that will be more comfortable for your stay! Please feel free to feel at home. All rooms are available but please do not by any means use the closet in the smallest room it will be labeled do not open. Thank you Jaboc Enterprises Incorporated Guest access Everywhere except the closet in the small room on second floor Other things to note HOUSE RULES 1) Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind inside the residence 2) NO LOITERING at anytime 3) PLEASE make sure all doors are locked and alarm is set when exiting the premise 4) PLEASE make sure all lights are turn off when leaving the residence 5) NO WASTE of any kind should be left on premise after your departure 6) ALL TRASH should be dump in the dumpster that is located on the community ground (PLEASE follow the necessary instructions about dumping)(the dumpster is located in the entrance of the development right behind the mail boxes) $10 fee if left trash is left behind. 7) All dirty towels or bed sheets should be place inside Laundry basket located inside the Laundry room 8) PLEASE discard all perishables out of the refrigerator before your final departure 9) Make sure no dirty dishes are left inside the dish washer 10) The closet in the smallroom which will be labeled is off limits please do not open or use this closet thank you so much. 11.) no parties (unless discussed and cleared with inn Lane hosts 12.)
