Our property is expansive and quiet yet is located minutes from Charlottesville. We sleep up to 14 people in seven bedrooms. The beautiful and spacious building overlooks the vineyard and sits in the middle of 36 private acres. In addition to rental and cleaning fees, guests pay applicable taxes . In addition, guests must complete and sign a rental agreement at booking. Occupancy limit is strictly limited to 14 persons and parties are absolutely prohibited. The space We are a licensed winery, brewery and event center which is available at other times for overnight accomodations. Please refer to our website for more information and pictures. Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of the bed and breakfast portion of the building during their stay. The winery and brewery may be open when overnight guests are present (Please check the website for operating hours. Other things to note We are in the middle of very active wine and beer trails. We are also very close to the University of Virginia and many historical and recreational attractions. The property is well maintained in its natural state and has several ponds and a large lake connected by several walking trails.
