Beautifully decorated with one bedroom, a full kitchen and living area that is combined. A full bathroom with an over sized shower add to the comfort. Guesthouse is ideal for two people but it could sleep up to four people with one queen size bed in the bedroom and queen sleeper sofa bed in the living area. Bedroom: Modern and comfortable bedroom furnishings with brand new high quality queen mattress, cleaned bed linens and a desk for work.. Living room / Kitchen area: A 43 inch TV with builtin Netflix to watch movies, brand new sofa to relax. A nice dining table set for two people to enjoy dinner, fully equipped kitchen with stove top and oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, glassware. Bathroom: Nicely tiled all around with over sized shower provided with shampoo, conditioner, q-tips, hair dryer, fresh bath towels, hand towels. Laundry: New front load washer and dryer with laundry detergent also provided for guests. AC/ Heater. There is plenty of street parking. With keyless lock entry allows guests to arrive at a time that is convenient for them. You may come and go as you please as well as check in and check out without the use of a key. We will contact you prior to your arrival to provide you with check in information, including the lock passcode to enter the house and a Wifi password for internet access.
