(Pool is seasonal closed in winter, *pool heating available for a weekly fee if scheduled in advance, see details below) Minisplit heating / cooling system with remote controls for zoned temp regulation. Queen size memory foam bed in the bedroom, ceiling fans, evaporative cooler, deep soaking tub & new designer bathroom. 55” smart TV in living room (no cable, some local channels, or cast from your device & log in to your own streaming accounts:). Beautiful natural light throughout. Driveway parking, Cute patio perfect for morning coffee. Large fenced/enclosed back yard area with pool (closed in winter). Living room has seating including a couch, there is ample space to bring your own blow up mattress for additional guests:) *Please be sure guest count is correct on reservation* Bonus space set up as a perfect office/lounge/yoga room, two mats provided :) Some extra items (xtra towels, pillows, blankets, etc) can be found in the laundry room closet, please text or message anytime if you need anything!:) Towels & linens provided. There will be a “starter pack” of soap & paper products Stocked for arrival, guests are to replenish their own paper, household & soap products as needed:) Backyard area will be accessed by maintenance personnel & regular pool cleaning service. Albuquerque Pools are closed for winter season due to cold weather (pool equipment can not withstand ABQ winter temps) typically open late spring through early fall, but is entirely dependent on weather & pool company! Pool heating avail for an additional weekly fee, please schedule in advance & inquire for pricing details. Heater may enable extension of pool season, but needs to be arranged in advance:) **Swim at your own risk** **No pool guests **exterior cameras 24/7 **no pets in pool **never leave pets unattended in back yard area for safety - pool cover is soft & pets could fall through!
