Ft Myer & Sanibel beach is hour drive away. No parties or pets. Dock & open water access out front. Adults only due to water front The space Our home is at the very southern tip of Pine Island. Gorgeous views all around to enjoy. Many restaurants on the island with live entertainment or cook fresh catch of the day from local Seafood store. Big public beaches are hour away. Fly into Fort Myers or Punta Gorda. Some noise from Fish House next door. No parties or smoking please. Maximum of 4 people. No pets Guest access You will have the whole house and dock to yourself. Pull in the driveway and it goes all around the house Park on any side of the house. Please do not park in the grass as that is where the septic is. No shed access. No parties permitted, maximum of 4 people. No pets Other things to note Code lockbox is on the front door handle . Cleaning lady is also close by if needed. Lockouts/ Lost keys will be $25.
