The space The Space has 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath, a full Kitchen, and a nice size living room. Both rooms have Wall mounted TV's(The Living Room has ATT TV and the bedroom has Roku.) Fiber Internet is provided for all guests. Keyless entry and exit which makes checking in and out a breeze. This is a very private spot with its own parking spot directly off of an alley way in the heart of the heights. Guest access A code will be given to the renter the day of check-in which you will use to gain access to the unit. Guest is restricted to the parking spot and the garage apartment itself. No access to the Main house or the backyard of the main house. Please also note that while there is one parking spot reserved for you that there are no other guaranteed parking spots.
