The building is very modern and dedicated exclusively to this type of accommodation. It is near various Metro stations and a few minutes from Plaza Catalunya, and there are four apartments in this category available depending on availability. The space The building has a total of 11 apartments and is housed in a recently renovated nineteenth-century building with a new lift. Our units offer free Wi-Fi access, and the building has free Wi-Fi throughout. The property is located in one of the trendiest neighborhoods in Barcelona, 80 meters from Sant Antoni Market, a 5-minute walk from Poble Sec metro station, 5 minutes from bars and traditional Catalan food restaurants, and 10 minutes’ walk from Las Ramblas and Boqueria Market. Guest access The building has a total of 11 apartments, a new elevator, and free WiFi throughout the building. During your stay We offer personalized attention and can help guests with anything they need from our main office located right next door, open Monday to Friday from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm, with weekend hours varying depending on client arrivals. During check-in, guests receive information about the emergency out-of-office-hours phone number, and email is also available anytime. Other things to note Our check-in hours are from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Since there is no reception in the building, a check-in agent will come to meet guests, and we will contact guests a few days before arrival to get arrival details (flight number and landing time, train arrival time, or estimated time if traveling by car). If guests arrive later than 6:00 PM, please inform us so we can arrange self-check-in and guests can collect the cards/keys upon arrival. In the case of groups or when the company deems it necessary, if an in-person check-in is carried out from 9:30 p.m. onwards, an additional fee will apply. Only the payment of the tourist tax will be requested upon arrival: 6.88€ per person and night. ***IMPORTANT INFORMATION*** From May 1st 2025, city tax will be 9,35€ per person and per night. From April 1st 2026, city tax will be 10,45€ per person and per night. Please note that apartments at Weflating are of many sizes and interior design, therefore rooms may vary from pictures. The property cannot guarantee a particular decor or orientation. Minimum age required for our guests is 25 years old.
