This spacious and tastefully renovated apartment with all the amenities in quiet community. It is comfortable for 2 people but can easily accommodate up to 5 people, if you decide to have short term visitors. Just a 7 min drive from the center of Delray Beach. Close to shopping area. Heated pool, tennis and pickle ball courts. Looking for longer term renters. Other things to note In order to to use the electricity as efficiently as possible, the apartment has programmed thermostat settings, which could be adjusted to comfortable (reasonable) temperatures.
