Free covered parking off the street. This home comes with a full kitchen with brand new appliances, including a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, and a propane grill outside. The bedroom includes a comfy Queen bed with beautiful new linens, plenty of pillows (both foam and feather) and a newly installed second mini-split in bedroom. Local SW art adorns the walls. The living room has a leather sleeper sofa (double) with 4.5 inch memory foam mattress if needed. There is a small portable desk that can be used as a work area. Tasteful modern art adorns the living room walls. There is an outside fire pit for evening fires on the property (wood provided) and also the use of a hot tub and pool next door. The hot tub is drained and cleaned monthly, and is set at 104 degrees. The pool is solar heated (sun) so cold in the winter months. Both the pool and the hot tub are on the property next door and are not shared with any other units (except a quiet couple residing next door). There is no light in the pool so it can be dark if you are swimming at night. However, there is soft lighting on a timer in the evening around the pool area for added ambience. This property is a gorgeous and peaceful oasis right in the middle of Tucson. Located in the Palo Verde neighborhood, you will be close to everything - 1.9 miles (5 min) northeast of the University of Arizona and 4.1 miles (11 min) northeast of downtown Tucson. This property is also pet friendly and the neighborhood is quiet and an excellent place for walking. Please no dogs in the pool. There is also a "pocket" park across the street for walking your four legged friends. We are within 2 miles of great restaurants (Feast, Tito & Peps, Lodge on the Desert, Locale), groceries (Whole Foods and Sprouts), cinemas (El Con and Loft), shopping (Target, El Con Mall, CVS, Walgreens), and parks (Reid Park, Reid Park Zoo (like a mini San Diego Zoo!), Himmel Park, Randolph Tennis and Golf Center, and the Tucson Botanical Gardens are also very close. You will love the serenity, and the convenience. OUTSIDE AREAS: As Tucson is pleasant outside most of the year. There is a small table out the back door next to the BBQ, and a large brick patio area with another table/umbrella that seats four. There are several unique cacti and plants on the property and you might spot a few cardinals if you are lucky. LAUNDRY: There is a brand new washer and dryer for use. Soap provided. PARKING INFORMATION: There is one covered parking spot next to the house behind a secure gate and plenty of room for cars on the street. ALSO with fast WIFI ***Please note that this home is a smaller house and while it can sleep up to four people, it may be more comfortable for one or two guests. ***The pool area is a shared space with a professional quiet couple who rent the property next door. Please understand this is their space also. ***Extra steps are being taken to clean and disinfect all high-touch surfaces. ***Please let us know if you require an earlier check-in and we will do our best to accommodate if possible. ***BLINK cameras are set up on the outside of the property to monitor the front door for a smooth check in and out only (none inside). Tax License #21478115 Guest access This is a single floor dwelling, the yard is all graveled and enclosed by a private tall metal fence. When you arrive the gate will be open. It is your choice if you leave the gate open or closed during your stay. The gate is only lockable from the inside. There are two step out the back door to the covered patio area. Guests have access to the entire house and are welcome to use anything in the house (which is well stocked). There is easy self-access to the house with an lock keypad (self check-in). We will provide the code for the keypad a few days before check-in. Other things to note The use of the hot tub and swimming pool area are at the guest's own risk. The pool is fenced around the perimeter for safety and privacy, and the backyard is softly lit up at night for your enjoyment. There is no light in the pool. Again, this is a shared area with two quiet professionals who are renting the house. They have a friendly dog named Rue who may bark when you enter the adjacent yard/pool area but she is friendly and harmless. No dogs are allowed in the pool. There are pool beach towels provided as well as plastic cups and pool blow up toys. There are also housecoats to use for visits to the hot tub. Please no glass around the hot tub or pool .
