Before you soak up the Moroccan vintage charm of this fully remodeled home with eclectic accents including a record player with vinyl collection, original artwork, & a comfy front porch area, please know that we have made intentional steps to ensure the cleanliness of our space. Not only have we made an extra effort to clean and disinfect our home as recommended by Airbnb's protocols, we have scents in each room. The space We purchased our home in 2017 and were fortunate to renovate. We added our own personal touches and turned a 20+ year old home into a open floor, more modern space with farmhouse and Boho touches. We love the natural sun that enters our home and the split floor plan that provides privacy when family and friends visit. Between the original art, custom furniture, man-made pond, and rain garden, we are happy to present to you a home that is one of a kind! Guest access Guests are welcome to the following common areas (kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, dining room space, laundry room, garage, front yard, backyard); however, discouraged from accessing personal possessions (clothes, shoes, jewelry, etc.) within bedroom closets/drawers and bathroom cabinets/drawers. Feel free to utilize air mattress in the office closer. Additional blankets can be found within the living room ottoman and guest room wicker basket. Extra pillows can be found in the guest room closet. If you seek to read a book, several books are located within the guest room closet. Wifi login and password can be accessed in the guest book located on the kitchen counter. Guests are welcome to access our Firestick. Just press either of the remote control buttons (Amazon/Netflix) to access movies, TV shows, or documentaries. Amazon Prime categories are free. Anything that says Rent or Buy is not free. Press Home on Firestick to access categories. Guests are welcomed to access kitchen refrigerator, cabinets, drawers, and pantry. Guests are welcomed to utilize condiments, milk/creamer, and drinking water located within the refrigerator and store purchased food. Guests are discouraged from eating stored frozen foods. Guests are welcomed to use seasonings, oils, sugars, and condiments within the pantry. Guests are also welcomed to utilize the laundry room iron, iron board, starch. Supplies provided will be set out. For example: toiletries, towels, dishwashing and laundry soap, coffee, water. Guests are welcomed to ride bikes, utilize telescope, record player, games, corn hole. Other things to note Garage: There is really only room for 1 car. Additional cars can be parked on the driveway outside of the garage. The garage door opener is on the wall right outside of the laundry room if you decide to park your car within the garage. Trash & Recycling: Trash and recycling is stored in the garage. Trash will have a trash bag; recycling will be without a trash bag. Back yard: My hubby I own a dog so please watch your step while walking around. Necessities: Each bathroom is accompanied with hand soap, bath soap, and towels. Additional necessities include toothbrushes and toothpaste if needed.
