Efficiency-style 1 bedroom condos that were built in the 1960's. Each condo features a fully-equipped kitchen, free WiFi (no streaming) and 48 channels of HDTV on a flat-screen television. In the winter, just a short walk from the Mt. Rainier Gondola, Crystal Mountain Ski Lifts and snowshoe trails. In the summer enjoy walking-distance access to a disc golf course and hiking trails. Every condo is individually owned, so changes and upgrades are different in each unit. The space This unit is a Preferred unit, meaning it has had extensive upgrades and updates in the last 10 years. Updates may include newer kitchen appliances, upgraded flooring, a larger fridge, new furnishings and granite or tile countertops. Please see “Unit #” below for unit specifications. All units are small 1 bedroom condos, averaging 450 square feet, with built-in bunk beds in the sleeping room (see “Unit #” for exact bed details), one bathroom, a living area and a fully equipped kitchen. Each kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, utensils, plates and glasses. Most units have a 4-burner electric stove with oven, mini-fridge and microwave unless otherwise noted below. We provide a small amount of coffee, creamer, tea, hot chocolate, sugar/sweeteners, salt/pepper and coffee filters. All linens and bedding are provided along with toilet paper, soap and shampoo. Unit #512: Has a queen bed, a set of twin bunk beds, an additional twin trundle bed under the bunk and a queen couch bed in the living room. The couch bed in the living room provides a separate sleeping room, with a door that closes to separate the bedroom and living area. The kitchen features a 3/4 size refrigerator, a flat-top 4-burner electric stove with oven and a dishwasher. The living/dining area features a comfortable couch and dining table with L-shaped bench seating and chairs. Heated floors in the kitchen and bathroom give way to cozy shag-style carpet in the bedroom and living area. This condo sleeps a maximum of 6 guests. Questions? Please contact us!
