The space In the family room you will find a brand new 55' 4K LED TV for your entertainment. Master bedroom and the second bedroom have large king size beds and each has LCD TVs. The third bedroom has two single beds. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel kitchen appliances, a granite countertop and a breakfast bar. The large pool area welcomes you with a large electrically heated pool, beautiful sun loungers, chairs and a large gas grill for preparing large steaks. The fenced garden includes a variety of palm trees as well as avocado trees. There is also a dock with a boat lift. If you would like to rent a boat, we are happy to help with this. There are numerous restaurants and shops near the house. The small but very nice and family-friendly beach of Cape Coral can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car.
