The house features a full kitchen & bath and is perfect to explore all that LA has to offer, from the beaches to the museums. We are an international couple and love to welcome guests to LA. For reservations over 30 days, we require that you have positive reviews. Please note: we do have a friendly dog who loves to play in the yard that you will meet during your stay. Thanks! The space Our Parisian themed private, studio guest house is located behind our main house. It is completely self contained with a private entrance. Full kitchen and bath. The love seat can convert into a bed for kids, helping make it a great place for families. The house is completely equipped and perfectly set up for short or long term stays. We have a Smart Television for all your Hulu and Netflix watching (you will need your own log-ins) The sofa bed is a love seat that becomes a small pullout, suitable for children. Guests also get to take advantage of our Barbecue and outdoor living and dining areas to eat and watch TV under the stars. Guest access The backyard area is the perfect place to spend California nights. Guests can use our Barbecue grill, as well as our covered dining table for meals to enjoy the beautiful weather here. Further, we have an outdoor living room with a TV to relax in true LA fashion. WiFi is provided as well and works inside or in the backyard. There is plenty of free, unrestricted street parking in front of our home. A car is always recommended to get around Los Angeles, however if you choose to take public transportation. We are approximately 10 minutes (by car) from the North Hollywood metro station for the red line. This train can take you to Hollywood & downtown Los Angeles. Other things to note We take pride in our home & hope you love it here as much as we do. PLEASE - No smoking indoors or in backyard Tampering with the smoke detector or ANY evidence of smoking in the unit will result in full forfeiture of damage deposit - Please help conserve energy & water by turning off lights in unoccupied rooms & not letting water run when not in use. - No burning of candles or open flames to avoid risk of fire. - No food items down the kitchen sink -No flushable wipes down the toilet - When leaving for the day, PLEASE: turn off all lights, heating/cooling units & ceiling fan; unplug hair styling appliances. Close & latch the driveway gate when arriving & leaving. Don't hesitate to contact me if you have left for the day & need me to check on any of the above. For reservations over 30 days, we require that you have positive reviews from other hosts. If that's not possible, we may require a credit check. Thanks! :) Long term guests: We provide you with a starter set soap, paper towels, toilet paper & laundry/dish soap, coffee, filters. It is your responsibility to purchase your own goods after that.
