Private entrance with door code allowing for a self-contained and flexible arrival. Slow-burning fireplace inside and wood-burning fireplace outside to make the most of cooler evenings. Patio table for 8 people, sun loungers and BBQ. Hot water sometimes smells of sulfur, although a water softener is installed. Guest access The entire chalet is accessible with 2 parking spaces. Perfect and safe lake for swimming, with "above-ground pool" type ladder at the dock. However, the dock has been uninstalled since October 15. Owl's Head Golf Course, terrace and dining room are now closed. The nets are installed on the 2 tennis courts in the village of Mansonville until the beginning of November. Other things to note The owners of the premises reserve the right to go down to the dock from April to October of each year to access their boat, while respecting the privacy of the tenants. For boat owners: Launch at Vale Perkins dock ($50/day), within 10 minutes by car. The boat must be taken out of the lake every day, as there is no dock for rent. However, a parking space (on your trailer) is available. Sometimes cell phones pick up waves from the United States. To avoid being charged for calls from the USA, notify your provider to block calls from the USA, if your plan does not include them. The chalet has a sealed septic tank. All the inhabitants of the chalet must manage the contents (it contains a maximum of 1,500 liters). No tampons or sanitary napkins should be thrown in the toilet. You are also asked not to flush the toilet for a simple pee. Flotation jackets are not provided, as they must match your size. You have to bring your own. Due to health requirements, we do not provide the ball-less whistle, required for the use of small boats (kayak, canoe, rowboat, paddle board). You must bring one (available at Canadian Tire, Decathlon, etc.). We have a TV. However, no provider offers cable television. Thus, the television serves as a "projector" of a WEB program downloaded from your personal computer or Apple TV. Please bring the necessary wires (HDMI) to connect the computer and the TV. The slow burning fireplace is functional and wood is provided. Water is potable. There is a BBQ with propane. Nespresso capsules are not provided (the small ones).
