We do provide fans and mosquito screens for old fashioned cross breezes to cool it down. Also, our mosquito population can get intense in the summer, and while we do our best to provide repellant and screens, please bring your own mosquito equipment if you are sensitive. *Fall/winter visitors: due to the real damage of fires in mountain properties and the astronomical insurance costs that have resulted, our carrier no longer allows us to let guests use the wood stove in the living room. Sorry! Guest access You will have access to the entire property and the acreage behind the property.
