The space The space is tastefully decorated with a spacious master bath and a large walk-in shower. The outdoor garden patio adds a nice dimension. Take advantage of the coffee and tea bar. Full cable TV, Netflix and WIFI. Although the space is filled with natural light, you can pull down the blackout shades, turn on your sound machine, and enjoy the comfort of our spa-like linens from Comphy. You will appreciate that this is a relatively new construction home nestled in a community with original historic craftsman style homes. Guest access Private covered parking is provided for one vehicle. You will have your own private entrance. On the patio, there is a keyless entry code lock. Other things to note As hosts, we want you to have an enjoyable stay in Asheville. We are respectful of your privacy, but we are also available to answer your questions and make suggestions. This guest suite is on the lower level of our home so you may hear us living above which may include our children being playful as we go about our daily lives. This is a residential community, and we ask that you be respectful of the neighbors. We think you will enjoy the “local vibe” of West Asheville, and easy access to places like the Grove Park Inn, Biltmore, and scenic Blue Ridge Parkway.
