Papa and Mama offers an affordable price compared to other rooms on the property while still providing full amenities. Here, nothing can disturb you except the rustling leaves and the cheerful chirping of birds each morning. The space Papa and Mama Room is perfect for students who want to experience and relax at U Lesa. 😋 These are two rooms located side by side within the same private courtyard. Both share a similar architectural style and interior design. When booking, you can choose either one to suit your preference. Guest access -Area: 19 m² - 1 double bed - En-suite bathroom (shower) - Amenities: Air conditioning, fan, hot and cold water, hairdryer - Mini refrigerator, electric kettle - Indoor slippers - Outdoor slippers - Access to the shared pool at U Lesa During your stay SPECIAL NOTES FOR GUESTS - Please prepare your own toothbrush to avoid using single-use plastic brushes. If you forget, the reception will provide free wooden toothbrushes. - Bring mosquito repellent as there are many trees on the property, or you can buy some at the reception. - No pets allowed due to issues related to service users after you (allergies, odor, cleanliness). If you accidentally bring a pet, please contact the reception to store the pet in the provided cage and you will be charged 1,000,000 VND. - Do not litter inside the room or on the property. - No eating or smoking inside the house (snacks, fruits, instant noodles, chips, etc., are allowed). - Meals should be consumed in the restaurant area (including self-brought food). - Do not use electric stoves as they may cause power outages. - No prohibited substances or stimulants allowed. - Absolutely no loudspeakers or karaoke, and no playing music outdoors. We should respect the general peace and avoid disturbing other guests and the entire forest area. (If we receive complaints from other guests or neighbors about noise, we may ask you to leave without a refund.) - Noise: On weekends, there may be noise from neighboring restaurants not managed by U Lesa. We appreciate your understanding. The usual affected time is from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. - Power issues: When temperatures exceed 30°C, the power in the forest and village may be weak and unstable, but the property is equipped with a generator. Sometimes, air conditioning may only be moderate during peak hours. Power outages are brief, lasting only a few minutes. We appreciate your understanding as our staff may need to switch to the generator. - Forest mosquitoes: During spring and summer, there may be mosquitoes in the forest, but we provide mosquito nets (and in some rooms upon request). - Shared swimming pool: Please bring swimwear to enjoy the new pool. As there is no lifeguard, please keep an eye on and protect children and non-swimmers. U Lesa cannot be responsible for any accidents. To ensure cleanliness, please rinse before swimming and wear swimwear only, not regular clothes. Thank you. SERVICE FEES FOR BRINGING OUTSIDE FOOD U Lesa offers a dining system for meals throughout the day: - Thông Reo & KAFA Café by the pool - Bên Rừng Restaurant Service Fees (for bringing your own food and drink): 🍃 BBQ/Hotpot rental (including fuel/3 kg charcoal, preparation items, utensils, dishes, and cleanup): - 200,000 VND for up to 5 people - 300,000 VND for up to 10 people 🍃 Fee for bringing external food: 100,000 VND/person/night Applies to savory and raw foods. Does NOT apply to fruits, candies, instant noodles, or birthday cakes. 🍃 Fee for bringing drinks (the property provides cups, ice, and cleaning): - Wine, foreign liquor: 200,000 VND/bottle - Local liquor, light liquor, Soju, local Vodka, bottled beer: 100,000 VND/bottle - Soft drinks & canned beer: 10,000 VND/can
