Labrador Manor: Westchester County Home with Pool

Our historic home in the village of Port Chester is located 10 minutes from the beach, 45 minutes from NYC and with restaurants, shopping, entertainment and the great outdoors all within walking distance or a short drive. Named after our dogs, Labrador Manor was built in 1916 but is thoroughly updated with all mod cons, while retaining its charm. The house has plenty of space for families or groups of friends, and offers an awesome outdoor patio and pool area. Well behaved dogs and kids welcome. The space This is our “primary” home, and when we are elsewhere, we’ll share it with you. Completely remodeled in 2019, our home has plenty of room for groups to be together, as well as have privacy. The kitchen is stocked and state of the art, with a six burner Kucht gas stove and stainless appliances. The beds have Casper mattresses and quality linens. We have cable and streaming TV, a Sonos speaker system, and everything you need to unplug. Guest access The house is spread over 4 levels. The main floor features a large living room with giant flat screen and working fireplace, a four season sunroom, a screened porch, guest loo and large kitchen and dining room with french doors to the stone patio. Upstairs, four roomy bedrooms and three bathrooms await. The finished basement includes a large l-shaped sofa and flat screen TV, with space for a double air mattress. The pool, patio and BBQ area is private and beautifully landscaped. Other things to note We are frequent travelers, and built amenities we like to have into our home. Our friends love to come visit and people say it’s really comfy!
