Spring 2025 booking time at the Cowboy Cabin! On 26 acres with room to roam and take in the expansive views of Lake Pearrygin to the east, the Cascade mountain range to the west and you can see for miles south down the valley. The property borders State land on the west so there's exploring galore. Leave the cabin on your bike or x-country skis. At the end of the driveway, using Gunn Ranch Road north, you are on the Methow Trail system of over 300 miles of trails. The space The cowboy cabin is the perfect location to work from home. The cabin has a very large open concept main area with plenty of seating around the beautiful granite cooking island. Livingroom has a river rock, wood burning fireplace, and is equipped with smart TV for your streaming account, or local antenna programming. The wifi is the premium plan available at its location @ 10/3 mbs and will support video conference calls. We have many games and puzzles for your downtime. Enjoy the outdoor patio firepit while panning the valley view below from your comfy adirondack chair. Your pet is welcome at the cowboy cabin. A large padded nighttime sleeping pen and bowls are provided, so bring his favorite blanket. During the months of November through March, there will be snow. Be prepared for all weather conditions with your AWD vehicle and tire chains. Guest access There is self check-in with a code lock on the front door. Other things to note You are at liberty to check-out at anytime during the 30 days, but must book for 30 night minimum, due to zoning requirements. During snow months, the driveway is on a plowing schedule and because of the incline, is sledding and snowboarding fun for all. Bring an all wheel drive vehicle and tire chains to be prepared for all winter weather conditions. Your pet is welcome at the "cowboy cabin".
