Gigi’s Guest House is a 3 bedroom and 2 bath waterfront, elevated home located just off the Biloxi River. Located just a few miles from the interstate makes getting to the beach, casinos, and downtown Gulfport or Biloxi very easy. The house has water views, including a view of the Biloxi River. The space The fully furnished house and all the amenities of home. The Master bedroom has a king bed with attached bath. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and bedroom #3 has 1 double bed and 1 twin bed. Each bedroom, along with the living area, are equipped with TVs and whole house Wi-Fi. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for your home away from home. If relaxing outside is your preference, the covered wrap around porch offers some tranquil views. Use the kayaks or peddle boat to explore, or fish, the surrounding canals and protected “lake” area. Evenings can be spent relaxing around the fire pit. Table tennis, corn hole game, folding chairs, kayak paddles and supplies, along with many other outdoor activities can be found in the lower area storage shed. NOTE: MS Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks requires that all vessels must have one Coast Guard approved personal flotation device of Type I, II or III for each person on board. The PFDs must be readily accessible, and all persons under 12 years of age, when in the open portion of a vessel, must wear a Type I, II, or III PFD. Pets are welcome for an additional pet/cleaning fee. There is covered parking under the home for two vehicles and on-site boat trailer parking if needed. Check -in and Check-out times: Check in time is 3:00PM Check out time is 10:30AM. These times can be flexible, dependent on adjacent reservations. A little about the area. The Gulfport / Biloxi area offers some the finest entertainment around. From the Casino’s and bars for the adults, to beaches, aquarium, water park, go-cart tracks, and arcades for the little ones, you can always find something new and enjoyable to do. The area also offers some of the finest dining and freshest seafood in the country. The warm winters makes it a great spot for anyone looking to get away from the cold. Gigi’s Guest House is one of the most exciting and relaxing spots around! But, as is true in any area next to the water, you have to be prepared for adverse weather events. During periods of extreme weather and extended rain events, the river will rise onto the property, which is why the house is raised. The good news is that this does not occur often or quickly; and, the weather forecasters are good at predicting and tracking these events.. The hosts will be in frequent contact during potential inclement weather events. Our policy is that if you need to evacuate, or if you're in doubt, just leave and we'll work out something reasonable. ***If it is recommended that you evacuate due to rising water and you choose not to, we are not responsible for any losses that might be incurred.*** Our policy is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE. There are plenty of outdoor areas where you can smoke. If you smoke indoors you will forfeit your deposit. Please do not throw butts in the yard or in the canal!!! Weekly and monthly discounts offered. Pets are welcome at our guest house for an additional cleaning fee. Owners must comply with all local leash laws and applicable regulations at all times.
