Our basement studio apartment is light-filled and comfortable. With a private entrance, queen bed, table and chairs, and kitchenette with stove and microwave, bathroom with shower. This place is perfect for the single person or couple. Guests are welcome to enjoy our urban farm with walking paths, a labyrinth, chickens, horse and a mule named Joe. Ed and Martha live above this apartment and you may hear us walking around and climbing the stairs above you. The space The space is very peaceful. Very comfortable queen size mattress. Within walking distance to good coffee and the foothills. Guest access Entire apartment, back yard, and gardens. Other things to note no TV. stairs at entrance.
