Family-Friendly Home in Beautiful Lakewood

Beautiful location in Lakewood, a suburb of Denver close to the mountains. Our home is surrounded by lakes, great parks and hikes. It is a short drive to the mountains (10 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheater) and only 20 minutes to downtown Denver. Restaurants and entertainment venues are also nearby - Belmar Shopping Center is only 10 minutes away. Our area is very popular for Uber/Lyft pick up and we also have the light rail station 4.6 miles away for travel to downtown and other city parts. The space You will have the whole place to yourself except one bedroom that will be locked. You will have access to two bedrooms and two full bathrooms upstairs, the kitchen, a half bathroom on the main level (which includes washer and dryer), as well as the large finished basement which has a queen bed and a single floor mattress. Guest access You will have access to our entire home as well as a small patio outside. There is a lake with a beautiful 0.4 mi walk around it that is part of our townhome community which you can also utilize. Other things to note This is our home. We only rent it out when we are on vacation. Therefore please be aware that there is not a lot of closet space as our stuff is still there, and please be respectful of our property.
