The unit offers 2 double beds and 2 single beds, 2 private bathrooms with bathtubs and hairdryers, free Wi-Fi and a TV. Guests also have access to: an outdoor swimming pool, private concrete beach with direct stair access to the sea, complimentary sunbeds and umbrellas, shared terrace with sunset views, two parking spaces per apartment The space This apartment is located within "Aleksandra Apartments Utjeha" Other things to note - Access road. Please be advised, that access to our apartments is currently via an unpaved, uneven dirt road. Vehicles with very low ground clearance are not recommended. - Location. Please note that the property is situated on a slope and the apartments are located at varying elevations above sea level. The property does not have an elevator, and there are approximately 200 steps from the uppermost apartment to the beach. Parking is located at the upper/ mid-level of the property. - Cleaning. We do not provide daily cleaning services during guests’ stay, except for changing bath towels upon request every three days. Washing machines, as well as cleaning equipment, are available for guests’ use in a designated room.
