Welcome to Palm Place! This spacious apartment is in a very central location of Miami with many restaurants, bars, shops and entertainment just downstairs and steps away. Wynwood and The Design District are minutes away. The building has many luxe amenities to enjoy like a grill area, a heated pool with cabanas, a gym and a putting green. Come relax, venture the city or simply enjoy beach days in the sun, coming home to your home away from home at the end of the day. The space This lovely apartment can host up to 4 people. Note: There will be a one time fee of $50 per guest. Spouses and minor children are counted as 1 guest. Credit cards are accepted. Parking Included A one-time fee of $50 per guest or family unit, payable at the front desk upon check-in. LOCATION: The property is just a short drive to Miami Beach, 8 minutes from MIA (35 minutes from FLL) and a short stroll to Miami’s Design District, a treasure trove of luxury fashion boutiques, edgy art galleries, and trendy restaurants. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing a few days before check in for availability. Self check in at the front desk. BEDROOM: Features a King bed and spacious closet with a TV with firestick. There is also a work desk. LIVING ROOM: Features ample seating and a queen sofa bed for 2 additional guests and a hammock with a smart TV. BATHROOM: Features a shower. KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with all you'd need to cook a meal in and a island kitchen seating for 4. There is a coffee machine as well as pots, pans and everything else you'd like in a kitchen for cooking. ★ AMENITIES: Enjoy our beach umbrella and chairs, pool towels, putting green, 24-hour front desk, and two elevators. The BBQ area is perfect for an afternoon grill session. Amenities Schedules: Pool: Sunrise to Sunset Gym: 7 AM - 8 PM BBQ & Mini Golf: 12 PM - 8 PM ★ PARKING: Includes covered garage parking with a clearance of 6’8". EV charging is available. ★ PET POLICY: Pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Please check with us for weight and size restrictions. ★ PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY: Packages can be held at the front desk, provided no mailbox key is required. Guests are responsible for package retrieval and lost packages. ★ EXTRAS: Concierge services available for booking boats, chefs, massages, and more. These services are provided by local third parties and are not affiliated with the property owner. We offer concierge services to our guests. Wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request. We want to clarify that the managing host facilitates these local, third-party services and bears no connection with the property owner. The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage. ★ PROVISIONS: We provide essentials like WiFi, Smart TVs, an ironing set, laundry facilities, a portable crib, toiletries, linens, and towels. Note: Washcloths and kitchen towels are not included. ★ GUEST SCREENING: A check-in procedure for security and fraud prevention will be conducted. ★ SAFETY: We adhere to CDC cleaning standards, ensuring thorough disinfection. Surveillance cameras are installed for security. ★ OBSERVATIONS: Strict no-smoking policy and low noise level post 10 PM. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited. ★ CLIMATE AND BIODIVERSITY: Expect tropical conditions with regular pest control. Encounters with local wildlife are possible. Guest access You will have access to the whole apartment and all building amenities. Self check in at the front desk. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: * Hours allowed for visits: 8:00 am to 11:00 pm. If you have a guest that needs to stay past 11PM please reach out to us so we can register them with the building. * You will be given the check in instructions the morning of your arrival, and the check out instructions 24 hrs prior to your departure. *vehicles must not exceed 6.8 ft. Other things to note QUIET HOURS: Begin at 10 PM. WHAT TO PREPARE: You'll find plenty of things to do during your stay.
