A beautiful, quiet retreat in the Black Hills. The 1100 SFT open concept suite is inviting and easily accommodates 4 people. Located above the garage, this unit includes two bedrooms, (1 with a queen bed and 1 with a full bed with full trundle) and a bathroom. The views of the hills are incredible. UPDATE: There is NO stove. Other ways to cook are provided e.g. air fryer/instant pot, hot plate, microwave, toaster, gas grill) PLEASE NOTE: There is NO TV in the suite. The WiFi is EXCELLENT The space Located above Hill City promises small town charm and easy access to the top sites in the area: Mt. Rushmore (21 minutes), Sturgis (68 minutes). Love the outdoors? You'll be minutes from hiking, mountain biking and ATV trails. Two lakes for boating, kayaking and fishing (Pactola, 19 minutes; Sheridan, 14 minutes). Plus some of the best motorcycle riding in America. We provide a complimentary park pass for Custer State Park. This allows access to Sylvan Lake, hiking trails, the Wildlife Loop and the famous Needles Highway. NEW FOR 2026: Blackout shades in both bedrooms. Sleep late if you want! Guest access We have two designated parking spaces for guests. With advanced communication, we can accommodate a trailer as well. NOTE: The suite is ABOVE the garage. To access the suite there is a flight of steps to reach the space. See the pictures in the listing. NOTE: The approach road is gravel and prone to ruts due to runoff. Motorcycle riders should be aware, the road is not ideal. Other things to note We thoroughly clean all handles, horizontal surfaces, bathroom and kitchen before each guest arrives. All linens, towels and washcloths are laundered. All dishes and flatware are washed in the dishwasher.
