Cute, cheerful, and cozy apartment in our 1889 yellow Lair Hill Victorian home. 1 bedroom, 1 bath (746 sq ft) with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and very speedy internet. Private setting on garden level with private entrance on the side. Suitable for up to 2 adults. 1 block from Gibbs St pedestrian bridge, OHSU, aerial tram, streetcar, and South Waterfront. Easy parking in front of the house. Perfect for short term OHSU people! The space The outside of the house is bright yellow and sunny...very unlike Portland 8 months out of the year. Guest access The house is a three-story old Victorian. We live on the middle and top floors and you will have the entire lower floor to yourself. The two units are completely separate from each other. Other things to note We live upstairs from this apartment with two cats. They don’t have a way to come downstairs, though you might hear them when they run around, sometimes at night.
