Outdoor shower for the beach rinse. The space The serenity you will feel is transformational and healing. Guest access Semi-private and fenced front yard furnished for outdoor lounging, dining, and relaxing. Access to the Temple for meditation and yoga. Other things to note Very close (short walk) to beaches, local shops and restaurants. Close to the shopping centers, movie theaters, farmers markets, SRF (Self Realization Fellowship), Yogananda Hermitage, meditation gardens, numerous yoga & wellness studios, Del Mar Fair, La Paloma Theatre. Newly remodeled with artistic features of leaded glass windows and colorful tile murals. Our space is small (appx. 500 sq. ft.) and not perfectly suited for 4 grown adults. Children and pets welcomed. Extra charge for pets and total guests over 2 including infants or children. Just a note... animals are not permitted on furniture (sofa, chairs, bed) please. And we ask that you turn off all lights, heater, and fans when not in the unit. Also, in spite of a nice, furnished front yard for dining and lounging (it's fully fenced), we do require access to our storage shed that sits inside the front yard fence. Also access to harvest any ripe fruit and conduct regular gardening. Of course, we do our best to contact our guests prior to entering the front yard but situations do not always afford us this. We do offer (for rent) beach cruiser bikes, beach towels and other beach gear (umbrella, surfboard, etc.) Pricing is in the display on the living room mantel.
