This beautiful house is close to everything fun to do in OKC and sits right next door to the Plaza District. You can even walk to all the attractions at the Plaza. We are also conveniently located 5 minutes from the fairgrounds. It has easy highway access to I-235, I-44 and Hefner Parkway. The space This property has a keyless entry. Guest access This home includes one parking space in our back gravel lot for your group. This property is shared with a guest house. Please be respectful of the other guests and only park in front of the parking blocks provided. 🚫DRIVEWAY PARKING IS NOT ALLOWED 🚫 THIS HOME IS NOT SUITABLE UP FOR MOVING TRUCKS. Reach out to us if you’re moving and we’ll be happy to recommend one of our other homes that is perfectly set up for a moving truck. Other things to note We allow pets to stay on the property under a few conditions. First, there is a pet fee that must be paid up front. All pets must be potty trained, house trained, and owners must clean up any droppings left in the yard. Pets must also be locked in a kennel at night and kept off the furniture at all times. Any damage found after the stay will result in a fee equal to the amount of damage done. Fenced area for pets too on the west side of the home!
