This is the great Lion King suite where you can relax and enjoy Indianapolis! You will have a full beautiful living room to relax in. Also for your convenience a full-size kitchen with the necessary pots, pans, tableware, wine glasses. We're located less than 10 min from the Convention center as well as Lucas Oil Stadium. The space This is a Great spot for a couples getaway, small groups and travel professionals! Room for up to four people. Free secure parking, 20 min to and from the Airport. I provide access to wi-fi, Streaming Movies and Shows, fully stocked kitchen, linens and towels, coffee and toiletries. The Space: This one bedroom apartment enters into an open kitchen, dining, and living room. The spotless kitchen is furnished with the full array of cooking equipment and dining ware. Enjoy your complimentary morning coffee or eat in for dinner. The living room features comfortable furnishings for gathering with traveling companions. Watch Streaming Movies on the flat screen TV. The couch converts to a bed for additional sleeping arrangements. The large bedroom features a luxurious queen bed. Plan to rest peacefully and awaken refreshed in this private escape! Guest Access: This luxury apartment is yours and yours alone for the duration of your reservation. Don’t fret about check-in or lost keys – arrive at your convenience and enter the apartment with a personal lock code. The Neighborhood: The Building is located in Downtown Indianapolis between the Wholesale District and Upper Canal neighborhoods to the North and South, and Irvington and White River. The heavily residential neighborhood boasts restaurants, bars and a large grocery store. There seems to be bit of everything to suit a wide variety of tastes when it comes to entertainment, food and culture. Getting Around: This is a drive-able location in Downtown Indianapolis. “The Indianapolis Cultural Trail” – 8 miles of urban bike and pedestrian corridors linking Indy’s Six Cultural Districts with neighborhoods, IUPUI, and every single arts, cultural, heritage, sports and entertainment venue downtown – is within blocks from the building. “Pacers Bike Share” has bike rentals along the trail. “IndyGo” is Indy’s Public Transit bus service; Route 8 takes you to and from the Indianapolis International Airport. “BlueIndy” is an all-electric car share with charging stations throughout the city and at the airport. Other Things to Note: Please know that all Phoenix properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking, or pets is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.
