Close to the famous Figueroa Corridor gives you easy access to Downtown home of LA Live, Microsoft Theater, Staples Center and more. Access to West LA, and Santa Monica Beach are one train ride away. The space The Cozy Cottage is 300 square feet of living space and has a full-sized bed and one twin-sized blow up mattress. With no common walls and lots of natural sunlight, this house boasts beautiful quartz counter-tops, porcelain floors, heat, air conditioning, stainless steel appliances, microwave oven, toaster, blender, coffee maker, tea kettle, under the cabinet refrigerator/freezer, stove, cable television, and high-speed internet. There is also a private patio and small front yard. With health and safety in mind, the Cozy Cottage is securely nestled behind the main house, is protected by Ring Security, and is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each guest. The host is a phone call away and ensures a comfy and cozy stay. Guest access Guests are free to access the private patio and front yard of the Cozy Cottage. Smoking is allowed on the patio and in the front yard only. Parking on site is available as well as street parking. Other things to note Laundry facilities are not on site. However, there are public laundromats in the area that are close by. Information about grocery stores, health & fitness, recreation, and much more are listed in the House Manual that is provided to guests upon check-in. Hosts are cool and down to earth and have been happily married for 17 years. We have three children and are both educators working for local educational agencies.
