Decorated in modern neutral colours, this apartment has 1 double bedroom and a bright spacious kitchen/lounge. The lounge area contains a wall mounted TV and a 2-seater sofa-bed suitable for two adults. Sleeps: Up to 4 guests. Access to the apartment is by a walk up stairs only (no lift/elevator). It may not therefore be suitable for dis-ambulant or elderly guests. • 1 bedroom, • 1 wc/shower room Electric heating, TV, Kettle, Toaster, Iron, Hair dryer, Clothes dryer, Cooker/Microwave combination, Full size Fridge/Freezer, Washer/Dryer, Sofa-bed, double bed, 1 Cot (on request, £40 each), Dining seating for 4, Lounge seating for 4, Linen and Towels, 1 High Chair (on request). Further details: There is an English speaking representative close by to answer any questions you might have about the property during your stay. Guest access The apartments are operated by a key code. Within a few days of arrival, the codes will be emailed to you. During your stay There are emergency out of hours contact numbers in the apartment. During office hours, we can be contacted on email or telephone. Please ensure you use the extra deadlock key when going out of the apartment for additional security. This will be found in the property.
