Efficiency suite 1/2 mile from downtown Evergreen and Evergreen Lake The space This lovely little efficiency suite is situated just outside our babbling brook with a view of one of our gardens. A private patio in front provides a great seating area for reading, snacking, or just enjoying nature and our lovely chickens. This suite includes a king bed, living room area with a twin murphy bed, full kitchen, and private bathroom. It’s a great base for families visiting the area. Please note: This room has a 3 person maximum occupancy and does not accommodate pets. Infants 12 months or younger do not count toward room occupancy and there is no additional person fees. Ceiling in sections of this room are low and may not be comfortable for guests over 6 feet tall. A $25 fee is required If the Murphy Bed is needed with only 2 guests. Please notify the lodge in advance of arrival to give us time to set it up. Parking is limited, please alert the lodge if you will have more than one vehicle. Visitors that are not on the guest registration are not permitted without express permission from the lodge owners. Quiet Hours: 11PM-8AM (No in-room parties are permitted) We do not charge a cleaning fee or have a list of chores to complete upon leaving. Please consider leaving our housekeeper a tip since she worked hard to make your stay pleasant. Guest access We have a lovely property with many common areas available to guests including our hot tub nestled under the boulders, our main lawn and open-air pergola located by the creek and a large fire pit area Other things to note Whether you're in town to enjoy a show at Red Rocks, hike/bike, golf, paddle board/skate at Evergreen Lake, attend a wedding, or ski at Echo Mountain, this is a fantastic Colorado home-away-from-home! Normal check-in is between 4:00 and 6:00pm with check-out by 11:00am Please contact the lodge if these times won't work for your stay.
