Home in Sioux Falls

My place is very close to all the action of Sioux Falls it’s walking distants to bars-Kirby Dogg park restaurants-the falls and located next to bike trail, walk the tracks north then connect to trail.great walk,bike trail to downtown Phillips ave. sculpture walk or statue of David for our door movie night or to the falls or cigar lounge at Stogees. Early check In are available, also later checkouts just have to message us to see. Changes daily. Ceiling slope to 5-7” above kitchen sink& bdroom The space Entire house, great place for travelers who Love life! Next to train tracks for once in awhile cool train comes by. Our home built in 1890 features Two bedrooms and One bathroom!The house is small however has all the necessities! The ceilings in back bedroom are lower and slope in the kitchen as well. Guest access Whole house and garage house is kinda tiny so I finished the garage makes great expansion hang out spot when weather is dececent typically 40-50 degrees winter months as there is duct work out there but if the thermostat shuts off at 70 inside that’s what we end up with fun ping pong table in the garage. Fenced In Yard Other things to note FUTURE GUESTS please ‘’read’’’The ceilings do slope in “kitchen”and “east” bedroom they start at 8foot slope to 5’-7” only above kitchen sink then above bed I’m 5’-7” it never bothered me.. but after few guest brought it to my attention, I wanted to share with all of you!!
