Please be aware that this is a 1970’s era unit that has not been updated and has been priced accordingly. If you are looking for a fully remodeled unit with contemporary features this may not be for you. We want to set realistic expectations. The space This is a wonderful 2 Bedroom + Loft, 2 Bathroom condo on 3 levels. The entry level features the living room, dining area, kitchen and full bathroom. The living room has a wood burning fireplace and a flat screen television. The upper level loft features a bunk bed with a twin and queen bed and a futon. The loft can sleep up to 4 guests. The lower level has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. One bedroom features a king size bed. The second bedroom features a queen size bed. The lovely open kitchen is well stocked. It features a dining room table that seats 6 and a kitchen bar with 2 bar stools. The kitchen has a built-in microwave, dishwasher, stove, and full size refrigerator. This is a non-smoking unit. Free parking for two vehicles. Free shuttle stops (red line and green line) that take you to Mammoth Mountain and The Village are just steps away from the unit. 5-minute drive to the Village Gondola or Eagle Lodge. 15-20 minutes to Main Lodge. There is an initial supply of clean towels, linens, bathroom soap & shampoo. Guest access Guests have access to the entire unit and may self check in by lockbox. You will also have access to our condominium complex common areas which includes the pool, hot tubs, sauna, tennis court, BBQ and laundry facilities. The pool, BBQs and tennis court are only available during the summer. Other things to note If you are booking for Mammoth Motocross, please read the rules prior to booking: -If you arrive with dirt bikes: No equipment is allowed off or out of trailers. -Absolutely no bike work or cleaning is to be done on site (including within trailers). -No deliveries of fuel will be accepted. -If you have a trailer, you must check in at the office. -Any violation will result in guests being asked to leave the property immediately and no refunds will be provided. Tioga Pass(Hwy 120), which is the road into Yosemite from the east, is closed during the winter and into spring. It generally opens in late-May or June and one can’t access Yosemite directly until it is open for the season. They don’t set a date for the opening because they don’t know in advance how long it will take to clear the road of snow and debris. 16% Transient Occupancy Tax and TBID required by The Town of Mammoth Lakes is included in the nightly rate.
