Home in Tarpon Springs

We're a quiet, small, serene old neighborhood on the end of a cul-de-sac and nearly floating on a lagoon! Florida nature at it's finest. The home is just 4 feet off the sea wall so the home is best suited for adults that are looking for that quiet get-a-way. Upper has 2 beds & a tri-fold mattress. Our driveway is shared so we can accommodate for one vehicle and it must fit under our carport and there is no street parking. No smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs permitted. The space To keep prices as low as possible, we allow 2 people and an extra $25 per person over that. This is monitored so if your guest amount changes please change it on AirBnb. There are 4 kayaks (with life preservers and oars) & 4 fishing poles are included in the basic rent. If you have your own boat, there is a boat launch at the park and you can tie off at our seawall. Water skiing and jet skis are used on Lake Tarpon but there are alligators. There has never been an incident, but you will be at your own risk. Guest access The upper level has an exterior stair, its own entrance with a key pad (4 digits & then press the fat button at the top), kitchen, 2 bedrms (1 king/1queen), tri-fold queen mattress, bath with tub/shower, washer/dryer, and a screen porch to watch the great lagoon wildlife. The ground level has a separate entrance and is for the maintenance team. Other things to note Great local eats: Hellas, Limani (both Greek), and Rusty Bellies (very popular - they catch and serve their local catch daily) - all 3 at the Sponge Docks. Bread and Butter - One of those great mom and pop places with older atmosphere (awesome for Mediterranean plate - wife trained in Israel for a few years. Closed on Sundays). Queens pizza for the Queens special pizza (shown in one of the photos). Captain Jacks (on the water). Find these menus and more in the green bowl on top of the china cabinet.
