The Osprey is a cozy cottage with its own private dock and is nestled along the water front of Pataula creek at Lake Walter F. George, nationally recognized for it's great fishing. Spectacular views, peaceful surroundings, evening star gazing, and deer all year long grazing in the yard. Pataula State Park is 2 miles away for very convenient boat launching. The Osprey cottage is located on the north shore toward the mouth of Pataula Creek which offers some of the best fishing on the whole lake. This location is convenient to restaurants in Georgia and Alabama, golf courses, Bagby State Park, Providence Canyon, and Kolomoki Mounds State Park. Sleeps four comfortably with a king bed and sleeper sofa. Large viewing windows in bedroom and living room exposes the creek for a very nice view. Vaulted ceiling in living room with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in kitchen. Large deck with table and chairs and gas grill. Dock is located one mile from boat ramp which is visible from the dock. The Osprey also comes with an additional outdoor shower hot and cold water and fish cleaning station, so the rest is up to you. The Osprey cottage offers a private dock, fire pit, fish cleaning station, and outdoor shower that provides hot and cold water. I am available for questions by phone, text, and or email. The Osprey is located 2 miles from Pataula State Park and boat ramp, 31 miles from Providence Canyon, 28 miles from Kolomoki Indian Mounds, 6 miles from Bagby State Park and golf course, and approximately 10 miles from Eufaula Alabama which provides excellent dining in its downtown setting. There is plenty of room at the Osprey cottage for cars and boat trailer. Guests are responsible for any damages they cause to property while staying at the Osprey.
