The Casita is a cozy tiny home. Located just outside Salmo on a 54 acre property with private trails. Easy drive to Nelson, Whitewater, Castlegar, Fruitvale, Trail and Kootenay Pass. We are in the process of adding a bathroom onto the Casita which will be finished by May, 2026* The space The Casita is situated on a 4 acre section of our 54 acre property. The Casita is close to our house and shares yard space but also has its own private covered outdoor seating right off of the bedroom sliding door. The 4 acres is easily accessible just off of Highway 6 north of Salmo (towards Nelson). The remaining 50 acres of property is treed and has private trails that head up to viewpoints overlooking the Salmo Valley.
