The Black Bear two story Deluxe Cabin has a front porch facing the Ouray Riverwalk and Uncompaghre river. Sleeps 6! 1/2-mile walk along the river nature trail to the Ouray Hot Springs Pool, and 3/4 mile to the center of town! It features two rooms with a sleeping loft accessible via stairs. There is a separate master bedroom with a full size bed, a full size sleeper sofa in living room, and platform bed upstairs. Furnished kitchenette, three burner stove/no oven, compact refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and a bar with 3 stools. Electric fireplace in the living room, 43 inch Internet TV, 55 inch Internet TV in bedroom, High-Speed WI-FI, bath w/shower, and views to assure a restful, relaxing stay. Have coffee outside on your deck in the morning while listening to the sounds of the river. Cabins are heated, and have ceiling fans and air conditioning to keep you comfortable year-round. All linens and towels are included in the rental. Nightly rate includes 4 adults (Max capacity is 6). Additional adults are $10.00 per night. Kids 12 and under are free. Cabins are all non-smoking. Pets are NOT allowed in the Deluxe Cabins.
