Our home is located in the residential and quiet neighborhood of Sleepy Ridge. With views of Utah Lake and steps away from the Sleepy Ridge Golf Course. In a 10 minute drive you can be in Provo, Orem, Lindon, UVU, University Mall, Utah Lake, or several restaurants and grocery stores Popular Utah destinations: 1-hr drive to Park City Main Street, SLC Airport, Snowbird Ski Resort 20 min. drive to Sundance Mountain Resort, Provo Canyon, & Traverse Mountain Outlets The space Welcome to our PRIVATE Basement Apartment Suite! Our apartment suite is located in a safe & residential neighborhood where you will be steps away from the Sleepy Ridge Golf Course. It may take about 2-3 minutes to drive out of the neighborhood but we trust the surrounding views will be worth it. Entry: Private entry with cement steps. It is a self check-in service. Features: Recently finished kitchen, with new carpet, flooring, and new paint. Master bedroom: Queen sized bed with a walk-in closet (hangers are available) and a master bathroom (with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel available). *As of 10/25/20, we have added a Roku TV available only in the master bedroom. Full-size Kitchen: Just down the hall from your bedroom you will find a brand new microwave, fridge w/ a freezer, stove with a working oven, and granite countertops. We will have a blender, a toaster, pots and pans, salt & spices along with cooking oil, dinnerware, and utensils available enough for 4 people (should you have any visitors!). Most importantly, a dining table that seats 5. Living Room: *It is currently incomplete, but available as of 3/19* Our living room is slowly coming together. We have setup a futon and work desk with a comfy office chair to relax away from the bedroom. NOTE: there is no television in this room. Parking: You will have a designated parking spot on our driveway. No garage parking. We have an RV or trailer parking space available for an additional cost per night. Looking for a nearby grocery store? We have 5 available within 3 miles. Our favorite? Trader Joe’s! The closest? Walmart at 2 miles! Looking for a nearby laundromat? We have 4 within 3 miles. The closest? Clean Days Laundry open 24/7 with 3.5 stars Looking for a nearby place to eat? Within Vineyard and 1.5 miles - we have: Panda Express, Chubby’s, Swig, Mo’Bettahs, Little Caesars, 5 Star BBQ, Starbucks, Dairy Queen, Subway, Happy Dragon Chinese Express and more! Looking to catch a movie? Visit the Megaplex on Geneva Road for excellent service and luxury seating. Other things to note - Our space is a walk-out basement and has significant soundproofing, but it is likely that you'll hear us upstairs here and there. If the noise ever bothers you, please feel free to let us know and we can adjust accordingly. - Basement apartments can be cold at night. We will have a space heater & a warm thick blankets available but be sure to bring warm socks with you as the weather warms up!
