Comfortable home in a rural setting close to all the recreation of the White Mountains and Great North Woods. There are several acres of lawn for strolling and wonderful hills for sledding in the winter. If you are more ambitious, you can hike or snowshoe the primitive trails on 35 wooded acres. And nearby, you can hike, golf, fish, kayak, and swim spring to fall, and snowshoe, ski and sled in the winter. Then return to this lovely bungalow at the end of your active day and relax. The space Just minutes to 5 golf courses, 5 lakes, 4 major ski areas. Forest Lake State Park is close by for swimming, fishing, and boating. Franconia Notch State Park has lots to see and do including the Flume Gorge, hiking trails, arial tramway, bike paths, picnic areas and lots more. Weeks State Park is also close by for outdoor recreation. Guest access You will have the entire living space in the home for your use. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other has a full size bed. The kitchen is well equipped with 2 ovens and everything you should need to prepare meals if you wish. Other things to note There is a 4 person max limit for number of guests. Pets are not allowed. Guests are not allowed to have additional guests overnight, day visitors must be authorized by hosts. We supply coffee, tea, cocoa, cream, sugar, and a few snacks. We also provide a Keurig so that you may bring your favorite K-cups. College students welcome as long as you bring your nanny.
